We operate a 24-hour emergency lift breakdown service, 365 days a year. Fully qualified engineers

All of our lift engineers hold at least an NVQ Level 3 qualification, & all of our technicians hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 4. This is in addition to having knowledge of the latest relevant safety standards, & keeping up to date with any new lift standards & regulations including the Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998, the UK Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, BS EN 81-20, 81-50:2014, 81-21:2018 & the Provision & Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER).

Our engineers keep a wide range of stock in our vehicles at all times, and we also have direct lines of communication to our lift suppliers for any specialist parts that may need replacing or upgrading. We use the latest diagnostic tools that cover a wide range of lift manufacturers, and aim to rectify your lift issues on the first visit.

Our fab Engineering team have persisted valiantly after the previous service providers completely failed us on their regular ‘service’, failing to report problems, and their only ‘solution’ was months to wait for an expensive new entire replacement.

We now have a local maintenance firm who is proving knowledgeable, attentive and wise – far more helpful for our future needs.
